Refund policy

 

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at info@santabarbaraglow.com. Please include your order number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

How do I submit a return?

• Be sure to have your order number and email address used to place the order handy as you will need both to initiate your return.
• Once your return has been submitted, our team will review it, and you will be sent an email with a link to view your return and print your return label.
• All returns must be initiated via our designated returns portal. We are not liable for any returns lost in transit that have not been processed through this portal or if the prepaid return label provided has not been used.

Pack Your Return

• Pack the products securely in a box or padded envelope. Attach the prepaid return label and send it via your local UPS store or a UPS Drop Box.
• Returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return label being emailed to you.
• Returns for online orders placed on SantaBarbaraGlow.com, please click here. We do not accept returns from retail stores; you will need to reach out to the store directly.
